If the account exceeds the free items per statement cycle, $10,000 in coin and currency deposits or withdrawals per statement cycle, including change orders, or requires additional regulatory oversight, the Totally Free Business account may be changed to Simply Business Checking and Simply Business Checking may be changed to Commercial Checking both of which include additional fees.
